Plaintiffs JSC Securities, Inc. (“JSC”), Aircast, Inc., the Flanagan Trust, Jane Flanagan, Daniel Flanagan and Raymond Mando (collectively the “JSC plaintiffs”) bring the instant action, JSC Securities, et al. v.
