This was a claim against tbe estate of John A. Corbin, deceased, represented by tbe appellant. Tbe appellee and tbe appellant’s intestate bad been for many years equal partners in tbe business of buying, sawing and selling timber and lumber. In contemplation of tbe dissolution of tbe partnership, account was taken, and tbe balance of each partner’s individual account with tbe firm was ascertained, to which they mutually agreed.
