Plaintiff Burt Eisman has brought this action for money damages against the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America (ACWA), the Baltimore Regional Joint Board of the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America (Joint Board), and Romeo Esposito and Sam Nocella, respectively Assistant Manager and Manager of the Joint Board, under the provisions of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA), 29 U.S.C.A. § 411 et seq.
