In this action against the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Shipbuilders, Blacksmiths, Forgers and Helpers, AFL-CIO, the plaintiff, E. T. Bras-well, alleges that he was wrongfully expelled from: the Union. He asserts that this expulsion was in violation of his rights under the “Bill of Rights of Members of Labor Organizations” of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (LMRDA), 29 U.S.C. § 401 et seq.
