The plaintiff, Welford Wiglesworth, Jr., a member of Teamsters Local Union No. 592 (Local), filed this action pursuant to Section 102 of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA), 29 U.S.C. § 412, 1 alleging that the Local and its president, William A. Hodson, had violated certain of his rights under the Act.
