EVERETT, Chief Judge:

Lieutenant Smith was tried at Fort Ord, California, by a general court-martial composed of members. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman by indecently assaulting Lieutenant Laurie J. Engiles, in violation of Article 133 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 933. The sentence was dismissal, confinement for 2 years, and total forfeitures.
