Appeal from a judgment of the Municipal Court of the city of New York, borough of Manhattan, fifth district, entered in favor of plaintiff on January 25,1916, for the sum of $316.31 after trial before the court without a jury.

The judgment appealed from was rendered in an action brought to recover arrears of alimony alleged to have been due upon an order of the Circuit Court of Cook county, state of Illinois, dated April 19, 1911, which directed the defendant herein to pay to plaintiff the sum of seven dollars a week pendente lite and twenty-five dollars counsel fee in an action then pending between the plaintiff and her husband, the defendant, for an absolute divorce.
