Lead class action plaintiffs (“Plaintiffs”) have filed this lawsuit against ModusLink Global Solutions, Inc. (“ModusLink” or the “Company”), its former Chief Executive Officer, Joseph Lawler and its former Chief Financial Officer, Steven Crane (“Defendants”), alleging securities fraud in violation of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Exchange Act and SEC Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder.
