Grover C. Watkins, son of appellee, is a farmer near Mt. Auburn, Christian county, Illinois, and was largely indebted to the Mt. Auburn State Bank on judgment notes given by him to said bank. On the 26th day of September, 1921, a judgment by confession was entered in the circuit court of Christian county upon said notes in favor of the Mt. Auburn Bank against said Grover 0. Watkins for the sum of $2,782.75 and execution immediately issued to the sheriff of said county thereon. On the 28th day of September, 1921, a motion was filed…
