Plaintiff Howard E. Craig has brought suit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against St. Martin Parish Sheriff Charles A. Fuselier, Captain Scott Haydel, Deputy Paul O’Mary, 16th Judicial District Attorney Bernard Boudreaux and Assistant District Attorney John P. Haney in both their individual and official capacities.
