Petitioner herein filed a bill to establish a foreign decree of divorce as a decree in equity in this jurisdiction and for incidental relief.

The petition alleged in substance that the petitioner and the respondent were married in June, 1941; that respondent in November, 1950, being then a resident and citizen of the State of Nevada, instituted divorce proceedings against petitioner, in which proceedings petitioner appeared and filed answer; that on December 19, 1950, a decree of absolute divorce was awarded to respondent herein; a copy of the decree was…
