1Opinion of the CourtMatson, J.

Plaintiff in error, Ed Sherman, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was informed against and convicted in the district court of Canadian county of receiving stolen, property, and his punishment assessed at imprisonment in the state penitentiary for three years.

It is first contended that the information is dnplieitons, in that defendant is both charged with buying and receiving stolen property, which constitute two separate and distinct offenses, and that the court therefore erred in overruling defendant’s demurrer to the information on this ground.
