The Chicago, Aurora & De Kalb Bailroad Company (hereinafter called the company) operates an interurban road. In 1913, J. H. Bliss and W. S. Kirby were appointed receivers of the company in this cause and served until July 10, 1916, when Prank W. Cherry became receiver. At the September term, 1917, of the circuit -court of Kane county, Cherry resigned. His final report ivas approved and his resignation accepted.
