OPINION

GREGORY L. FROST, District Judge.

Appellant, Errol Eugene Washington, a federal prisoner proceeding pro se, appeals a district court order denying his motion to compel the government to file a Fed. R.Crim.P. 35(b) motion for reduction of sentence. For the reasons that follow, this Court AFFIRMS the order of the district court.

I. BACKGROUND
