OPINION OF THE COURT
FISHER, Circuit Judge.
The Board of Trustees of the Southwestern Pennsylvania and Western Maryland Area Teamsters and Employers Pension Fund (the “Fund”) appeals the District Court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of SUPERVALU, Inc. (“SUPERVA-LU”). The Fund claims that the District Court improperly concluded that SUPER-VALU did not violate § 4212(c) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1392(c).
