The bill of complaint, in the usual form, rharges infringement of United States letters patent for improvement on thill-couplings, No. 747,874, dated December 22, 1903, and granted to George H. Fernald, and is accompanied by the said letters patent, and also makes profert of the alleged infringing device which is filed with the bill.
