Plaintiff moves to dismiss two appeals taken by the defendants from the judgment rendered against them in the above entitled action.

The action was brought in the name of the People of the state of California, upon the information of the attorney-general, and on the complaint of the bank commissioners, against the said bank of San Luis Obispo and its directors under the provisions of section 10 of the Bank Commissioners’ Act (Stats. 1903, p. 368).
