This patent case for infringement brought by the Philadelphia Brief Case Company, a partnership, as plaintiff, hereinafter called “Philadelphia”, against the Specialty Leather Products Co., Inc., a corporation of New Jersey, hereinafter called “Newark”, involves two somewhat unusual situations.
