The complaint alleges for a first cause of action that the plaintiff and defendant Harold A. Braman were married on August 1, 1922, in the State of Massachusetts and thereafter continued to five as husband and wife in the State of Rhode Island; that thereafter and prior to the month of October, 1928, the plaintiff and her husband separated and continued to live apart. On October 31, 1928, the parties entered into a separation agreement, which was amended on July 8, 1929, on which date the plaintiff obtained a final decree of absolute divorce from the defendant Harold A.
