OBJECTION TO CLAIM — USURY—APPLICATION OF FUNDS
This matter was brought on by the Chapter 13 debtors’ objection to a secured claim filed on behalf of Catha Lee, Inc. The filed objection states that “if the debt is owing at all, it is substantially less than the amount claimed”. A hearing on the objection was held on April 19, 1982. At that hearing, it became apparent that the gist of debtors’ objection was a contention that the interest rate charged on some notes was usurious.
