MEMORANDUM AND ORDER DENYING TRUSTEE’S MOTION FOR A DETERMINATION OF FEDERAL TAX LIABILITY

RAY REYNOLDS GRAVES, Bankruptcy Judge.

The Court is presented with a motion filed by Robert B. Webster, Trustee, pursu ant to 11 U.S.C. § 505 for a determination of the federal tax liability of Otis & Edwards, P.C. (Debtor). Having reviewed and considered the exhibits and testimony produced from the August 14th and 15th hearings on the trustee’s motion, the Court finds the motion must be DENIED.
