The father of plaintiffs in his lifetime was the owner of a 75-acre farm near Monroe, this State; the father died intestate in 1920 leaving as his heirs at law five children, three of them being the plaintiffs. One of the children, Burton Wright, sold his interest in the farm to his brother Ernest. Burton predeceased Ernest, who was killed in an accident in 1928. None of the children were ever married excepting Ernest.
