— In an action to recover a real estate broker’s commission, the defendant appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Williams, J.), dated June 7, 1990, as denied his cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and the plaintiffs cross-appeal from so much of the same order as denied their motion for summary judgment.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, the defendant’s cross motion for summary judgment is granted, and the complaint is dismissed; and it is further,
