ORDER AND JUDGMENT*

KELLY, Circuit Judge.

Defendants/Third-Party Plaintiffs/Appellants Debora K. Balfour and Dr. Debora K. Balfour Chiropractic, P.C. appeal from the district court’s orders dismissing claims against Third-Party Defendant-Ap-*528pellee NCMIC Insurance Company and granting declaratory judgment in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Hanover American Insurance Company. Essentially, the district court held that the policies did not provide coverage and, therefore, neither insurer had a duty to defend. Our jurisdiction arises under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm.
