ORDER

The petitioner, William J. Stanton (Stanton or petitioner), a member in good standing of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, is before the Supreme Court seeking review of the Board of Bar Examiners’ (board) decision denying his request to sit for the February 2003 Rhode Island Bar Examination (bar examination). He has done so pursuant to Article II, Rule 6 of the Supreme Court Rules of Admission to Practice Law.
