I. INTRODUCTION
The plaintiff, Bruce Tracia (“Tracia”), was employed as a business account executive at Comcast Cable Communication Management, LLC (“Comcast”). On May 10, 2011, he stopped working due to ankle related pain, for which he subsequently underwent surgery.
