Heather Tyler commenced this action against Alltel Corporation and Alltel Communications, Inc. (collectively, “Alltel”), seeking to represent nationwide classes consisting of persons who were charged an early disconnect fee and persons who were enrolled in a roadside assistance program without their consent.
