This Adversary proceeding relates to a bankruptcy case filed by Richard Scott Ferguson (“Debtor”) under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. The Adversary Complaint seeks to have an asserted debt owed to Plaintiff Barbara Kad-lecek declared non-dischargeable pursuant to §§ 528(a)(2)(A) and (a)(6).
