MEMORANDUM OPINION
A. BENJAMIN GOLDGAR, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the court for ruling on the debtor’s motion to dismiss the adversary complaint against him pursuant to Rule 4(m) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure based on the plaintiffs failure to achieve service of process. For the reasons that follow, the motion will be denied, at least for now, and the time for service will be extended to March 1, 2006.
