MEMORANDUM DECISION GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

This matter came before the court on Patricia Barr’s (Plaintiff) motion for reconsideration of the court’s order dated December 12, 1997, setting aside the order of default and default judgment signed by the court on November 10,1997, and dismissing the Plaintiff’s complaint with prejudice.
