This is an interlocutory appeal arising out of the denial of a special appearance filed by appellant Rowland & Rowland, P.C. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem.Code Ann. § 51.014(7) (West 1997). The underlying suit involves a dispute between appellant Rowland & Rowland, a law firm representing the survivors of William Mason, and the appellee, Texas Employers Indemnity Company (“TEIC”), over the distribution of judgment proceeds awarded under the Tennessee Tort Claims Act.
