The single matter dealt with in this opinion is defendants’ motion to dismiss for lateness plaintiff-intervenors’ and plaintiffs’ applications for attorney’s fees under 42 U.S.C. § 1988, filed 8, and 30 months, respectively, after the Supreme Court had denied a petition to rehear its decision affirming this court’s judgment in their favor. Counsels’ services were rendered in litiga lion brought to declare unconstitutional a Massachusetts statute which required a minor to obtain parental, or judicial, consent to an abortion.
