DECISION AND ORDER

CURRAN, District Judge.

Shandwick Holdings, Ltd. is suing the Carver Boat Corporation and its parent company, Genmar Holdings, Inc. for damages stemming from the defects in a yacht Shandwick purchased from Carver, which designed and manufactured the craft. In its Second Amended Complaint Shandwick seeks $821,000.00 in compensatory damages, additional damages for maintenance and repair, and punitive damages, or, in the alternative, Shandwick wants recission of the contract and restitution or revocation of acceptance and damages.
