INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Beverly Hills Savings, (“Beverly Hills” or the “Bank”), a Federal Savings and Loan Association and successor in interest to Beverly Hills Savings and Loan Association, a California Corporation, for relief from the automatic stay.
