Memorandum: On July 25, 1968 plaintiff suffered personal injuries to her back and heck when an automobile owned amj driven by defendant in which she was a passenger *709left the highway and slid down an embankment. After six days of hospital care, plaintiff returned to her summer home in Avoca, New York.
