Stephen Clayton conveyed, by deed, four hundred acres of land, situate in Pickens County, in this State, to his son, Alfred T. Clayton. The said Alfred T. Clayton conveyed the said land in fee simple to one William T. O’Dell in 1882, who is now in possession of thesame, and thereafter, in 1884, departed this life. The said Stephen Clayton departed this life intestate, on the day of June, 1879, and his heirs at law, the plaintiffs and all the defendants, except W. T.
