The appellant, the holder of a judgment for $32,-501.47, recovered against Washington Clark prior to his death, instituted a suit, held to be a creditor’s bill, against his grantee and certain lien creditors to have a conveyance of property known as the Clark Raw building set aside as a fraudulent transfer.
