PARKER, Circuit Judge.
This is a suit on the bond given by the administratrix of a deceased seaman, one William A. Cook, to recover as distributive shares of his estate, insurance money in the sum of $5,150 paid to the administratrix.-*491Plaintiffs are the widow and minor children of Cook and it is now admitted that they are the proper distributees of his estate. Mrs. Lena C.
