Before this court for disposition is the motion for summary judgment (hereinafter, the “motion”) filed on behalf on the Defendants, Thomas Kowalczyk and Russell Standard Corporation (hereinafter, collectively, the “defendants”). A hearing was held in regard to this motion on February 25, 2013. The current action arises from an automobile accident that occurred at the intersection of Potter Run Road and State Route 19 in Lawrence County on June 21, 2006.
