MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

NEALON, Chief Judge.

Plaintiffs instituted this action on December 30, 1985. The named defendants were allegedly officers and directors of Colonial Savings Association (“Colonial”), accountants for Colonial and the state regulatory agency 1 for banking.
