Faytex Corp. appeals the judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts finding United States Patent No. 4,674,204 (’204 patent) not invalid and infringed by Faytex and awarding damages to Atlantic Thermoplastics Co., James B. Sullivan and Richard B. Fox (collectively, Atlantic). Atlantic Thermoplastics Co. v. Faytex Corp., No. 88-0210-H (D.Mass. Oct. 28, 1992).
