Kyricopoulos v. Richardson

James P. Kyricopoulos (petitioner) appeals from the judgment of a single justice of this court denying him relief under G. L. c. 211, § 3 (1988 ed.), and Mass. R. Crim. P. 30 (c) (8), 378 Mass. 900 (1979).
