This was an action in equity by The Smithereen Co., a corporation, against Clyde E. Renfroe, doing business as Renfroe Exterminating Service, a former employee of the plaintiff. Plaintiff by its action sought to restrain the defendant from engaging in business in competition with the plaintiff for a period of five years from the date of the termination of defendant’s employment with plaintiff and for other relief.
