Appellee, plaintiff below, brought this suit against app.dilant ’to, recover damages -for the loss' 'of ;an .-airplane owned ¡by him and stored with appellant. -Appellee’s pleading alleged,, (a) an offer-by appellee, (b). an acceptance by appellant; (c) delivery of the airplane -to ■ appellant, (d) demand for its return, and-(e) appfellant’s-failure to return the airplane.. ■ -
