OPINION

McDONALD, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal by plaintiff D & D from an order granting defendant Sierra’s plea of privilege.

Plaintiff D & D sued defendant Sierra in Coryell County seeking compensation for plaintiff’s personal property which was in defendant’s custody, and which was destroyed by fire in defendant’s plant in Cor-yell County. Defendant filed plea of privilege to be sued in Midland County, the county of its residence.
