Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Kuffner, J.), rendered May 26, 1993, convicting him of sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts), unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, official misconduct, attempted unlawful imprisonment in the first degree, and menacing in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
