—Judgment unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed in accordance with the following Memorandum: Defendant contends that the conviction of two counts of murder in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.25 [2]), two counts of assault in the first degree (Penal Law § 120.10 [3]), and two counts of driving while intoxicated (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192 [2], [3]) is not supported by legally sufficient evidence.
