This is an appeal in the matter of an application for a druggist’s permit to sell intoxicating liquors. It appears that on the 5th day of April, 1910, Henry Gering & Company made an application to the mayor and city council of Plattsmouth for a permit to sell malt, spirituous and vinous liquors in that city for medicinal, mechanical and chemical purposes during the ensuing year; that on the 25th day of April, following, a remonstrance was filed against the application charging the applicant with a violation of the liquor law during the previous year, in that the applicant had failed,…
