OPINION

HAMILTON, Circuit Judge:

Robert Vaughn Evans appeals his conviction for escape. See 18 U.S.C. § 751(a). For the reasons stated below, we affirm.

Evans was convicted of violating 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
