Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Hughes, J.), entered August 28, 1992 in Albany County, upon a decision of the court in favor of plaintiff.
In June 1984, the parties entered into an agreement whereby plaintiff agreed to fabricate, according to defendant’s plans and specifications, steel components for a hotel swimming pool that defendant had contracted to install for a third party. The parties orally agreed on a contract price of $24,800 for the steel components. During the course of the project plaintiff fabricated certain "extras” for defendant.
